Trugym is located in the center of Plymouth, running a full 7 day a week class schedule and weights studio, with fully qualified staff on hand.

The equipment consists of high-quality cardio machines and free weights. Classes include tone, core, circuits and more.

The members' cafe offers sports nutrition products and a selection of pre and post workout supplements at good prices.

The membership includes all classes and is one of the lowest you will find in the area, with only 30 days cancellation notice required.
